best machine for point cloud processing from LIdar scanners, Autocad, Revit, 3D modeling

I'm looking for input on where to source and best spec for a machine with:
Intel I7/I9 8-12 core
64GB Ram Minimum
2TB SSD
??Graphics Card. GTX, RTX, Quadro???
