First timer to build a PC for 4K video editing

I am a first timer looking to build a PC for 4K video editing and this is the recommended build for my budget. Is this OK?

I'd recommend either 5800X or 5900X. The 5000 series has a huge jump in per-core performance.

Why would you want to buy 2 SSDs of 1TB each when you can just get 1 SSD with 2TB of space?
Larger SSDs are more efficient.
Also I doubt you really need 2TB of SSD space if you are also buying a HDD.

Because CPUs and GPUs are hard to come by currently, you'll find many pc-build recommendations to be a bit weird. If stock were not a problem, you should be buying a Ryzen 5xxx CPU such as what Zoran recommended. Your GPU too should ideally be something along the lines of Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti or RTX 3070.

The rest of the system looks good. The reason Video Editors can make good use of multiple drives, is that they use the SSD for the OS/Apps, the nvme ssd for the project files and footage, and the HDD for backups and archiving. Of course if you don't think you need this, you can also get away with just a single drive.
