3D (Zbrush for sculpting, Blender for rendering and animation) and Gaming PC help!

Hey, I'm trying to build a computer for my 3D work (which is Zbrush and I'm going to be learning Blender eventually down the line) and I also game a lot. I was hoping for some help building and planning this build, as I know very little about computers and what I need.

Looks like a great build! I'd swap the RTX 3090 for a 4070 Super which costs half, though also only comes with half the VRAM. This isn't usually an issue for the kinds of workloads you're planning to run, though.

In case you can't find the Motherboard listed there, go for the MSI MAG Z690 Tomahawk WIFI. I like the rest of your components.
