Hardware nVidia codec SDK on older laptop

Hi, I have laptop with older graphics card nVidia K3100M, is there ANY way to use Hardware nVidia SDK codec on that laptop?

IIRC, the Quadro K3100M was from the Kepler architecture generation. I don't think it has NVENC or NVDEC support according to the support matrix - https://developer.nvidia.com/video-encode-and-decode-gpu-support-matrix-new
